BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, visibility splays of 2.4m x 60m shall be providedand maintained clear of all obstructions above the adjacent road channel levels at the junction ofthe access and Whitworth Road in accordance with the current Fife Council TransportationDevelopment Guidelines and 'Designing Streets Supplementary Guidance' and maintained inperpetuity.Reason: To ensure the provision of adequate road safety.4. BEFORE ANY WORKS START ON SITE, wheel cleaning facilities shall be provided at theentrance/exit to the site such that no mud, debris or other deleterious material is carried byvehicles onto the public roads and footways. Such facilities shall be retained and maintained forthe duration of operations on the site. Details of the wheel cleaning facilities shall be submittedfor the prior written approval of the Planning Authority.Reason: In the interests of road safety; to eliminate the deposit of deleterious material onpublic roads.5.
