One of the most charming display of thePrimary School students was their dance withcolourful umbrellas.show ended, the children released bunchesof balloons in the air which rose high up likethe splendour of their performance. After this,they made their fi nal formation before SanthiVedika and offered their reverential Pranamsto Bhagavan.Dedicated Performance of AnantapurCampus StudentsThe fi rst item of the students of AnantapurCampus was a dance with red fl ags withwhich they made beautiful formations. Thiswas followed by a wonderful display ofbalance and control on monocycles. TheyThe students of Anantapur Campus of theuniversity displayed amazing dexterity in theirmonocycle show.made various formations on monocycleswith amazing dexterity to the delight of thespectators. Equally delightful were their stuntson bicycles which they performed with greatease. Their concluding item was a beautifuldisplay with roll like structures with whichOne of the colourful formations made by thestudents of Anantapur Campus of the university.they made wonderful formations. At the endof their display, the students made a beautifulformation with glowing lights in their handsand the Name of Mother <strong>Sai</strong> on their lips whenthey sang the song “<strong>Sai</strong> Maa Praanam…” (<strong>Sai</strong>is our life-breath). This grand spectacle ofadventure, beauty and dedication came to ahappy conclusion with this glowing tribute toBhagavan who profusely blessed the studentsfor their performance made with love anddevotion. The programme came to a closewith Arati to Bhagavan at about 6.00 p.m.MAKARA SANKRANTICELEBRATIONSThe joyous festival of Makara Sankrantiwas celebrated at Prasanthi Nilayam on14th January <strong>2010</strong>. On this auspicious day,<strong>Sri</strong> <strong>Sathya</strong> <strong>Sai</strong> University organised its prizedistribution function for the Sports and CulturalMeet <strong>2010</strong> which made the celebrations all themore rewarding. Two excellent dramas werealso presented as part of these celebrationson 13th and 14th January <strong>2010</strong>.
