7Using the Incidents dashboardGenerating reportsTask1 Select one of these options:• In ePolicy Orchestrator, select Menu | <strong>Data</strong> <strong>Loss</strong> <strong>Prevention</strong> | DLP Reporting | Incidents.• On your <strong>McAfee</strong> DLP appliance, select Incidents.2 Select one of these options:• From the Incidents dashboard, click Options and select the PDF report format.• From the Incident Details page, click the PDF icon.3 Allow some time for the report to generate.4 Open or Save the report.5 Click OK.Create HTML reportsCreate HTML reports up to 5 MB in size by selecting the format from the Options menu on the Incidentsdashboard. Only PDF or HTML reports are supported in the Summary andGroup Detail displays.If you are on the Incident Details page when you decide to create a report, click the List button to returnto the previous view.For the CSV report type, there is no maximum number of incidents or maximum report size.
