Fast Food Drive ThruFor fast food drive thru windows, the <strong>ER</strong>-<strong>900</strong> has the capability of storing orders when theyare taken, and then recalling the next order automatically at the payment window.The PBAL function becomes a recall function when the drive thru feature isenabled in the CHECK # function key program. Press the PBAL key to recallthe lowest tracking number balance. Orders are stored by first pressing the CHECK # key to automatically assign thenext tracking number, then pressing S<strong>ER</strong>VICE. (A macro sequence key couldbe created to execute both functions sequentially.)See "Function Key Programming" on page 152.Taking a Drive Thru Order1. Register the items you wish to sell.2.
