Print Options - Reference Information# Option Description1 Print media totals on clerk report Select Yes to print media totals for eachclerk, thus allowing clerk cash draweraccountability.Print tax symbolSelect No to remove the tax symbol(i.e."T1") from the print and display.4 Print PLU sale item number? If Yes, each receipt will print the totalnumber of PLU items sold in thetransaction.5 Print % of sales on PLU report? The register can calculate the percentageof sales represented by each PLU. SelectYes if you wish to print this percentageon the PLU report.8 Home currency symbol Users outside of the USA can designate adifferent currency symbol. To select adifferent symbol, type descriptors on thealpha keyboard overlay or enter threedigit alpha character codes. To enter adescriptor by three digit alpha charactercodes you must select No in systemoption #31 (See “System OptionProgramming” on page 137).9 Print receipt when sign on/off? Select No if you do not wish to print areceipt when signing on or off a clerk.11Print subtotal without tax on thereceipt?Tax amount on receipt is:Combine or Itemize13 Print a breakdown of the VAT eligiblesale?If you hand-write invoices or credit cardslips, you may find it useful to print themerchandise subtotal.
