8. Press and hold the Numeral 2 key on the keyboard. While continuing to hold theNumeral 2 key, turn on the power switch.9. Release the Numeral 2 Key.10. The display will flash (Current program is being erased), after a few seconds, thedisplay will continue to flash, but at a slower rate. This continues for about 1-minute while the new program is being loaded. When the load is complete, arapid beep-beep-beep will be heard, and the display will flash rapidly.11. Power the register OFF. The EPROM update is complete.12. Remove the SD card from the register.13. Perform a memory all clear on the ECR.
