Approach to Analyze ProcessesBased on analysis and simulation results of the As-Is Process models; a list of issues, opportunities forareas of improvements, and recommendations was developed. Based on this list, different change scenarioswere created. In order to evaluate the impact of the recommended changes, the Interim To-Be simulationmodels were built and analyzed. This interim model was then compared to the Future State.
