(GoI) is assumed to increase by 5 per cent each year during the Twelfth Planperiod. Public Sector Banks are the other major contributors of dividendreceipts. The dividend pay-out by banks to GoI is assumed to increase by 10 percent each year over the dividend paid for previous years during the TwelfthPlan period.As regards other sectors an annual growth of 5 per cent is applied for the planperiod. Overall dividend receipts are projected to grow at an average of 5.98 percent during the Twelfth Plan.
