Terms and Conditions for the Cricket Bonanza Contest (hereinafter referred “CricketBonanza” or “Contest”)1. Cricket Bonanza Contest is a skill based limited period–contest /activity organized by ContaktTech Solutions India Pte. Ltd., 3 rd Floor, Utsav, Raipada School Road, Malad (west), Mumbai-400064, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizers/Content Providers”) to the subscribers ofVodafone West Limited, Gujarat Circle valid prepaid and postpaid cellular mobilesubscribers(hereinafter referred to as “Subscribers”); subject to the terms and conditions ofCricket Bonanza Contest. Vodafone gives a platform for the contest on specific charges. For allqueries, clarifications / disputes in the connection with this Contest the Subscribers of Vodafoneagrees to interact with the organizer alone.Duration of Cricket Bonanza Contest: From 8 th April 2013 (00 Hrs) to 26 th May, 2013 (24.00 hrs)(both days inclusive) (“Term of the contest”).Cricket Bonanza Contest will be available subject to the following terms and conditions(hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). The subscribers agree to abide by these Terms & conditionsin its entirety. If any subscriber does not agree to any of the Terms, such subscriber shall notparticipate in Cricket Bonanza Contest. Vodafone and/ or Organizers, reserve the right to modifythe Terms at any time, without notice. Cricket Bonanza Contest is valid for pre-paid as well aspost-paid subscribers (“Subscribers”) of Vodafone.2. To participate in the Cricket Bonanza Contest, the user need to be subscribe to 5-in-1 SportsPack through any mode and thereafter, answer a series of multiple-choice questions throughUSSD by dialing *123*19#, which is toll free. Each correct answer fetches the subscriber onepoint. Subscribers answering the maximum number of questions correctly in the shortestpossible time during the Term of the -contest as mentioned in Clause 8 shall be eligible to beselected as the winner for respective gratification.3. If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful & genuinesubscriber of Vodafone Mobile connection, Organiser and / or Vodafone, reserves the right toaward the Prize (defined below) to the next eligible winner or to forfeit the prize, at its/their solediscretion.Organizer will verify authenticity of the participating Vodafone subscribers and check whether therecords and other details provided are in order. Post successful validation of the selectedVodafone subscribers, the Organizer will forward names and other relevant details of the eligibleparticipants to the competent independent auditor for selecting the suitable winners4. The Winning Participants shall be eligible to win the following “Prizes” :7 Winners to get 1 Silver Coin Gift Voucher each worth Rs.5,000/-.(1 Winner Each Week. Total 7 Weeks. Total 7 Winners.)2 Mega Prize Winners to get 1 Gold Coin Gift Voucher each worth Rs.10,000/-.For the purpose of clarification and avoidance of doubt, Prize does not include any personalexpenses incurred by the winner and the winner shall be solely responsible for all the expenses,taxes whether additional or incidental, required to be incurred to avail his/her winning Prize.

12. The Organizer & Vodafone shall not be liable for any delay or loss that may accrue in the delivery ofthe Prize.13. Organiser shall provide the Prizes to the winner of the Gujarat Circle Vodafone West Limited fromwhich the Winner is chosen within 4 days from the date of selection. However, the Winners shallpersonally come to the Gujarat Circle Vodafone West Limited office to claim the Prizes within 2days from the date of declaration of the Winners and the winners shall be solely liable to bear anycost that may be incurred by him / her, in collecting / availing the prize.If, in any State and/or territory or part thereof, Cricket Bonanza Contest is prohibited, theSubscribers from such State and/or territory or part thereof shall not be eligible to participate inthe same. No further notice shall be given by the Organizers, in this regard.14. Cricket Bonanza Contest is valid subject to the winner complying with all Terms and Conditionscontained herein, as required by the Organizer. Any failure on the part of the participant to complywith the any specified Terms & conditions contained herein, shall disqualify such participant.15. Cricket Bonanza Contest is subject to applicable laws and guidelines/ directions issued byTelecom Regulatory Authority of India (‘TRAI’), Department of Telecom (DOT) or any otherstatutory authority from time to time.16. Organizer reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, postpone,change, alter or modify Cricket Bonanza Contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteriaat its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of businessexigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes andthe same shall be binding on the participant.17. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Prize shall not constitute any claim againstVodafone or Contakt Tech Solutions India Pte Ltd.18. In matters relating to Cricket Bonanza Contest hereto, the decision of organizer shall be final andbinding in all respects.19. Cricket Bonanza Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or anycircumstance beyond the reasonable control of Organizer. Organizer & Vodafone shall not beliable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by somethingoutside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weatherconditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots,civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstancesamounting to force majeure.20. Organizer & Vodafone shall not be responsible for any USSD/SMS message delivery failures, forany lost, late or misdirected network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receiveentries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and/or other conditionsbeyond its reasonable control.21. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cashalternative. Organizer reserve the right to substitute Prizes of equal or greater value, at any time.

22. The Organizer and Vodafone are neither responsible nor guarantee the quality of the goods /services being provided as prizes nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or servicesso obtained/availed, by the subscribers under Cricket Bonanza Contest .23. There shall be no roll-over of prizes in case the winner/s is/are not eligible. A subscriber shall notbe considered eligible if he/she does not conform to the Terms and conditions as stipulatedabove.24. Organizer will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect orconsequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or damage to property, which is sufferedor sustained in connection with Cricket Bonanza ContestUnder no circumstance shall Vodafone , or its affiliates, or subsidiaries, or their directors,employees, officers, agents or representatives, be liable to the participant and/or any third partyfor any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, exemplaryor punitive damages whatsoever, even if they have been advised of the possibility of suchdamages.25. Winners shall be intimated by the organizer directly. Organizer shall not entertain any questions,correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conducting Cricket Bonanza Contest and grant ofPrizes from any person, whatsoever.26. Apart from the entitlement to the Prize, the Winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rightsor claims against the Organizer and / or Vodafone.27. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Organizer shall befinal and binding on all concerned.28. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. AnyDispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.29. If, in Circle of Vodafone in India and/or territory or part thereof, the running of Cricket BonanzaContest is prohibited, the Subscribers from such Circle and/or territory or part thereof shall not beeligible to participate in Cricket Bonanza Contest. No further notice shall be given by theOrganizer, in this regard.30. By entering the contest, the Subscribers confirm and waive the applicability of rules andregulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agree to receive only transactionalmessages related to the Contest (i.e., daily score updates, Contest Questions etc.) from Contakt/Vodafone, as they may deem fit and proper, at their sole and absolute discretion. However, theSubscriber registered with the National Do Not Call Registry would not receive any promotionalmessages relating to any other product of Contakt/Vodafone unless he/she is categoricallysubscribed for the same.31. Participation in Cricket Bonanza Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions ofCricket Bonanza Contest. Acceptance of the Prize by the Winner constitutes permission for theOrganizer and its affiliates to click photographs of the Winner and use the Winner's name,photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any
