BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKThe MPRDC is planning to upgrade, reconstruct and strengthen various roads asdetailed in this Request For Proposal. MPRDC invites proposals for preparation ofdetailed project report for these road projects. Roads are grouped into two separatepackages.2. MODE OF ACCESS FOR BID DOCUMENTS‘Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be obtained between 10.30 hrs and 17.30hrs on all working days upto 29.07.2013 at the address mentioned below on payment ofNon- refundable document fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) for eachPackage in the form of Demand Draft favoring ‘Madhya Pradesh RoadDevelopment Corporation Ltd.’ and payable at Bhopal. Documents can also bepurchased by post and in such case the applicant will have to remit Rs.500/- extra aspostal charges.Bidders will have to apply separately for each package.3. A PRE-BID meeting will be held 15.07.2013 at 1100 hrs in the office of the ManagingDirector, MPRDC.4. CONDITIONS ISSUED BY MPRDCEach proposal should be submitted on the document purchased from MPRDC Theproposals submitted on downloaded document/ photocopies of the RFP document shallbe summarily rejected. MPRDC will not be responsible for any delay in receiving theproposals and reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals without assigningany reason thereof. The consultancy firms will be selected as per the guidelinesindicated in RFP document.7.
