MPRDCDPR - ADB -IV(iii) An organization chart indicating relationships amongst the Consultant and anyAssociate(s), the Client, the ADB, and other parties or stakeholders, if any,involved in the assignment.(iv) Comments, if any, on the TOR to improve performance in carrying out theassignment. Innovativeness will be appreciated, including workable suggestionsthat could improve the quality/effectiveness of the assignment. In this regard,unless the Consultant clearly states otherwise, it will be assumed by the Clientthat work required to implement any such improvements, are included in theinputs shown on the Consultant’s Staffing Schedule.(v) The Technical Proposal shall not include any financial information. TechnicalProposals containing financial information shall be declared non responsive.Personnel(vi) The name, age, nationality, background employment record, and professionalexperience of each nominated expert, with particular reference to the type ofexperience required for the TA should be presented in the CV format shown inForm VII. (Proof of age and qualification should be submitted along with theCVs)(vii) All nominated experts must be nationals of an ADB member country.(viii) Only one CV may be submitted for each position.(ix) Higher rating will be given to nominated experts from the consulting firm andassociated consulting firms, if any, who are regular full-time employees. TheClient defines a regular full-time employee to be a person who has been employedcontinuously by the Consultant or one of its Associates, for more than twelve (12)months prior to the date of submission of the Proposal.(x) The Client requires that each expert confirm that the content of his/her curriculumvitae (CV) is correct and the experts themselves should sign the certification ofthe CV. Note that the need to provide address and fax/e-mail details of experts inthe CVs of the experts is not considered mandatory. In cases where consultingfirms/organizations are prevented from providing such information by prevailinglaws in their country, or if Consultants have valid reasons not to comply with thecompletion of this item, there will be no negative impact on the evaluation of theexpert.(xi) A zero rating will be given to a nominated expert if the expert:(a)is not a national (determined from the passport the expert holds or otherequivalent legal document in the case of domestic Consultants in certaincountries who do not have passports) of a member country of the ADB;orADB-IV- 13 -
