MPRDCDPR - ADB -IVType ofProposalContentCover LetterExperience of thefirmGeneral approachand methodology,work and staffingscheduleExperts’ CVsComments on termsof referenceCounterpart staffand facilityrequirements.Full TechnicalProposal(FTP)maximum two (2) pages excluding necessary attachments.(i) maximum two (2) pages introducing the firm and associatefirm(s) background and general experience.(ii) maximum of twenty (20) pages completed projects in the <strong>for</strong>matenclosed illustrating firm and associate(s) firm’s relevant experience.No promotional material should be included.Maximum Ten (10) pages inclusive of charts and graphsno limit but preferably should not exceed five (5) pages <strong>for</strong> eachexpert’s CV.no limit, but to be concise and to the point.Maximum two (2) pages.Technical Proposal Content4.3 The Technical Proposal shall contain in<strong>for</strong>mation indicated in the followingparagraphs from (i) to (x) using the Standard Technical Proposal Forms (Form Ito Form X ). Such in<strong>for</strong>mation must be provided by the Consultant and eachAssociate.A brief description of the organization and outline of recent experience of theconsultant and each associate on assignments of a similar nature is required in<strong>for</strong>m iii. For each assignment, the outline should indicate inter-alia, theassignment, contract amount and the consultant’s involvement. In<strong>for</strong>mationshould be provided only <strong>for</strong> those assignments <strong>for</strong> which the consultant waslegally contracted by the client as a corporate entity or as one of the majorparticipating consulting firms within an association (Joint venture). In case theassignment was carried out in joint venture then the JV agreement is to besubmitted. Assignments completed by individual experts working privately orthrough other consulting firms cannot be claimed as the experience of theConsultant, or that of the Consultant’s Associate(s), but can be claimed by theindividuals themselves in their CVs. The satisfactory completion certificateissued by the Principal Employer should be attached in support of theexperience.(i)A concise, complete, and logical description of how the Consultant’s team willcarry out the services to meet all requirements of the TOR.(ii) A work plan showing in graphical <strong>for</strong>mat (bar chart) the timing of majoractivities, anticipated coordination meetings, and deliverables such as reportsrequired under the TOR.ADB-IV- 12 -
