If a Consulting Firm/Joint Venture is applying formore than one package, they are permitted to submit a single bidsecurity of Rs.15.00 lacs only as required under the contract for thepackages. The Employer shall reject any bid not accompanied by bid security, as nonresponsive.c. The bid security of the successful Bidder shall be returned as promptly aspossible once the successful Bidder has signed the Contract and furnishedthe required performance security.d.
