If a Consulting Firm/Joint Venture is applying formore than one package, they are permitted to submit a single bidsecurity of Rs.15.00 lacs only as required under the contract for thepackages. The Employer shall reject any bid not accompanied by bid security, as nonresponsive.c. The bid security of the successful Bidder shall be returned as promptly aspossible once the successful Bidder has signed the Contract and furnishedthe required performance security.d. The bid security may be forfeited:(a) if a Bidder withdraws its bid during the period of bid validity.(b) if the successful Bidder fails to:(i) sign the Contract within required time frame;(ii) furnish a performance security in accordance with clause 11 ofLetter of invitation.2. The addendum shall be sent to all Consultantsand will be binding on them.
