(SEE APPENDIX A)<strong>The</strong> customer must swap a <strong>Claro</strong> micro SIM in order to receive a <strong>Digicel</strong> micro SIM.4. Will I be able to use my <strong>Claro</strong> handset with my newly migrated <strong>Digicel</strong> SIM?All quad band handsets will be able to access the <strong>Digicel</strong> network , once they are not locked toany other network<strong>Digicel</strong> will provide free unlocking services for all Quad band <strong>Claro</strong> handsets to enable thecustomer to access the <strong>Digicel</strong> network. (SEE APPENDIX C for unlockers)<strong>Claro</strong> dual band or tri-band handsets will not be able to access the <strong>Digicel</strong> network and thereforewill not be unlocked. <strong>Customers</strong> may use their own <strong>Digicel</strong> handset or purchase a new one fromany authorized <strong>Digicel</strong> dealer store.5.
