Panel Filtration System – High Air Flow (HAF)The world’s most efficient low-pressure drop panel filterfor compressed air systems.Ingersoll-Rand’s new HAF panel filter incorporates microstructured technology withan array of small flow channels to remove up to 95% of air born contamination fromreaching the inside of your equipment. Because this unique filtration media makesuse of channel flow, it is characterized by an extremely low-pressure drop (superiorto foams and screens). Additionally, it is electro-statically charged resulting inincreased particle removal efficiency.Physical Properties:• Microstructured Polupropylene film• HAF filters comply with the UL900 Class 2 test for flammability• Temperature and humidity resistance: No significant changes in pressuredrop, efficiency, dimensions or appearance when tested under the followingenvironmental conditions: 70°C (158°F), -40°C (-40°F) and 32°C, 90%RH.Replacement:HAF filters are very easy to replace. For maximum efficiency it is recommended that filters be replaced every 3months or sooner if noticeable loading occurs.
