On-line Reid Vapor Pressure Analyzer forcontinuous measurement of hydrocarbon vaporpressures Measurement range of 0-35psi (0-2500 mbar) Superior repeatability of 0.05 psi (3.5 mbar) elevated sample temperatures of up to 75°C Rapid analysis cycle of 6 minutes or less Optional validation sample system Optional stream switching Remote diagnostics over IP Suitable for light crude oil applications

OPERATING PRINCIPLEThe P-700’s measurement cycle is based on the ASTM Methods D-323, D-4953and D-5482 and correlates to D-5191 and D-6377. This is done by using a digitallycontrolled syringe sample handling system, micro-volume solenoid valves and anangled measurement chamber equipped with a high-resolution pressure sensor andmagnetic stirrer.NONCOptionalMeasurementChamberPressureSensorCNONCCStirrer BarNONCCStream 1 INStream 1 OUTStream 2 INStream 2 OUTValidation/Grab SampleDigitalSyringeCell Purge DrainPurge Gas

To further enhance the precision and usefulness of the Model P-700 RVP Analyzer, an optional validation/grab sample system can be added. This will allow the end user to either introduce a reference solution or aknown sample for immediate analysis. This feature provides a simple system verification or a quick analysisof a non-automated sample stream. The optional dual-stream sampling system offers an economic way ofautomatically monitoring two sample streams with a minimal loss of measurement response time.36 1 2 "927POWER IN(1/2 FNPT)SIGNALOUT(1/2 FNPT)CUSTOMERCONNECTION(1/2 FNPT)CUSTOMERCONNECTIONBOXAIR IN(1/4 FNPT)SAMPLE OUT(1/4 FNPT)SAMPLE IN(1/4 FNPT)ELECTRONICSENCLOSUREMAINPOWERSWITCH71"1803MEASUREMENTENCLOSURE30"762FREE STANDINGATMOSPHERICDRAIN(1/4 FNPT)22"559WALL MOUNT
