They include:• provision of personal care;• integration with sheltered housing;• shift patterns that allow delivery of home care at more flexible hours;• a shopping scheme; and• extension of the Mobile Emergency Care Service to fit more closely with a developing rapidresponse/crisis care service.The Council is part of the joint Forth Valley Partnership in Practice agreement, which builds on apre-existing strategy for learning disability services. An implementation group set up to progressthe strategy includes representatives of primary care and education services and users and carers.Local area co-ordination pilot schemes are to be resourced by the Change Fund. An integratedhealth and social work team focuses on people with complex needs.120
