I do love to negotiate,but it’s really the whole process that I find sorewarding and assisting clients and otheragents. I truly enjoy helping others succeed.”<strong>Marchesotti</strong>’s own success comes from apowerful combination of skills, knowledge,and above all, honesty. “Especially in today’s’climate, I’m not going to sugarcoat the marketreality.” Such refreshing candor is one of themany reasons <strong>Heidi</strong>’s client relationships turninto lifelong friendships.Any down time in <strong>Marchesotti</strong>’s schedule isdevoted to spending time with her family. Tenyears ago <strong>Heidi</strong>’s husband, Rob was diagnosedwith kidney failure.
