THE INTERIM CONSTITUTION OF NEPAL, 2063 (2007)AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST TO SIXTH AMENDMENTS10.6. At a time when the entire country is centred on the main campaign of theelection to the Constituent Assembly, we hereby heartily request all to resolvetheir problems and demands through dialogue and negotiation and to extendcooperation to the election of the Constituent Assembly and to the peace andsecurity situation.10.7. We hereby heartily appeal to civil society, professional groups, people'sclass organizations, media communities, intellectuals and all Nepali people toactively participate in this historic campaign to build a New Democratic Nepaland to establish sustainable peace through the elections of the ConstituentAssembly by ending the armed conflict.10.8. We heartily urge all the friendly nations and also the InternationalCommunity including the United Nations Organization to extend their supportto Nepal in this campaign for establishing full democracy and sustainablepeace in the country.
