THE INTERIM CONSTITUTION OF NEPAL, 2063 (2007)AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST TO SIXTH AMENDMENTS(3) The Election Commission may delegate any of its functions, duties andpowers to the Chief Election Commissioner, a Commissioner or any employeeof the Government of Nepal to be exercised in compliance with the conditionsspecified.(4) Subject to this Constitution, other functions, duties and working proceduresof the Election Commission shall be as regulated by law.130. The Government of Nepal to provide necessary employees to theElection CommissionThe Government of Nepal shall provide necessary employees and other thingsas may be required to perform the functions of the Election Commission inaccordance with this Constitution.202
