THE INTERIM CONSTITUTION OF NEPAL, 2063 (2007)AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST TO SIXTH AMENDMENTS(7) The Public Service Commission may delegate any of its functions, dutiesand powers to any of its members, a committee of such members or any employeeof the Government of Nepal, to be exercised in compliance with specifiedconditions.(8) Subject to this Constitution, other functions, duties and working proceduresof the Public Service Commission shall be as determined by law.127.
