Hess ~ Property ManagerWOW ~ we thought we were having an easy winterand then the storm hit! Two feet of snow!!! Bob, Mikeand Phil, along with outside contractors, Brett andBrian, did an OUTSTANDING job keeping the roadsopen and passable throughout the entire storm. Pleaseunderstand that your driveways are going to getsnowed in at the end, especially during a large snowfallsuch as this. Hopefully that was the last blast of winterand we can now look forward to spring!There are some exciting events coming up not only inthe community but in the township as well. This issueis packed full of information on the events, from theTCCE Book Sale, Golf Course Breakfast, Yankee Game,to the Fire Company’s Night at the Races and theChurch’s Pork ‘n Kraut Dinner. Hope to see you all atthese events!We have been informed by the State Police, as well assome part-time home <strong>owners</strong>, that there have beenquite a few break-ins in the past few months. Pleasemake sure you lock your doors, secure your alarms ifyou have them and if you are a part-time homeowner,make sure you have your driveway plowed so that itdoes not look like your <strong>property</strong> is empty. The State Policehave been doing some random drive thru checks of the community.These break-ins are happening during the daytime, soif you see someone or something that does not seem right,call the State Police at (570) 963-3156.Everyone should have received their dues billing in the mailand if you have not paid in full or signed up for a monthly orquarterly payment plan, you must do so by March 31st in orderto avoid collection action being taken. Do not wait untilyou receive a letter to go to court as it will be too late andcourt fees will be added to your account. Call the office andspeak to me now if you need special payment arrangements; Iwill work with you to get this taken care of.Bob has been working hard with the snow removal and in betweensnow storms, he has been working on the main office.Stop by and take a look if you get a chance, it looks great!That is about it for now. Soon it will be summer and the golfcourse and pool will be open. Hopefully we will see many ofyou at the Golf Course Breakfast and Free Golf Day, on April10th, as it sounds like it is going to be a great day!2
