Payment must be received beforeDecember 31 st to be eligible for the discount. If you make your payment in January, you will not be credited withthe discount.Homes - $934.80 Lots - $920.55 Combined Lots - $230.14Option 2 - Quarterly Payment PlanHomes - $247.00* Lots - $243.25* Combined Lots - $ 61.56*Payments are quarterly and the first payment is to be made by December 31, 2010 and then every 90 days thereafter.*A $4.00 service fee has been added to each account choosing this option.
