lSection 6. Treasurer.The Treasurer shall:a: have charge, under the direction of the Board of Directors, of the funds of The Association anddeposit same in the name of The Association in depositories and accounts designated by the Boardof Directors;b: be the custodian of all the fmancial records of The Association;c: be responsible for billing for membership fees or dues, and for any assessments approved byThe Association (see Section 4 of Article IV);d: issue to each Voting Member upon payment of fees or dues a card of membership' in TheAssociation for the current year;e: make a complete and accurate report of the finances of The Association at each AnnualMeeting of The Association, and at any other time, upon request, to the Board of Directors; .f: perform such other duties as are normally associated with the Office of Treasurer.Section 7. Additional Duties and Powers of the Officers. In between meetings of the Board ofDirectors the President of The Association is empowered to make any and all decisions relating toan emergency. These actions are binding on The Association and are to be disclosed at the nextregular scheduled Board of Directors meeting. The declaration of an Emergency can only be madeby the President of The Association.ARTICLEVllIBoard of DirectorsSection 1. Members Forming.
