ARTICLE VIOfficers/Section 1. Titles. The titles of the Officers of The Associationshall be the following:a. Presidentb. Vice Presidentc. BusinesslRecording Secretaryd. TreasurerSection 2. Bonding. Fidelity bonding may be required of such Officers as the Board of Directorsshall deem necessary, for such amounts as the Board of Directors may deem requisite. Requiredfidelity bonding shall be at the expense of The Association.Section 3. Indemnification and Hold Harmless. The Association shall indemnify and holdharmless the Board of Directors of The Association, their heirs, executors and administrators, against.loss, cost and expense which they may reasonably incur in connection with any action, suit orproceeding to which they may be made parties by reason of their being or having been Board ofDirectors of The Association, except as to matters wherein they shall be .finally adjudged in suchaction, suit, or proceeding, to be liable for or guilty of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Theforegoing rights shall be in addition to and not exclusive of all other rights to which such Board ofDirectors of The Association may be entitled.ARTICLE VIIDuties of OfficersSection 1. President. The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of The Association.shall:Hea: have general and active management of the business of The Association between meetings andunder the direction of The Association and the Board of Directors, and in keeping with the obligationshall have the powers, duties, and management responsibility usually vested in the office of thePresident of a corporation;b: preside at all business meetings of The Association and of the Board of Directors;c: have general supervision and direction of all other Officers of The Association and see thattheir duties are properly performed;d: see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried out;7
