Section 2. The Association Special Meetings. A special-meeting of The Association may be calledby the President of The Association at any time he may deem necessary, or in response to a writtenrequest signed by at least twenty-five Voting Members in good standing. A special meeting inresponse to such written request shall be held within 60 days from the receipt of the request. Thespecial meeting shall be held at the property referred to in Section 1 of this article. Notice of eachspecial meeting of The Association, stating the purpose( s) of the special meeting, shall be mailed toeach voting member in good standing at such time as to be postmarked at least 10 Post Officebusiness days in advance of the scheduled meeting date.Section 3. Quorum for The Association Meetings. Not less than twenty-five Voting Members ingood standing for any regular or special meeting of The Association shall be considered a quorum.Section 4. Board of Direct on Regular Meetings. The Board of Directors of The Association shallmeet on the third Saturday of each month, open to the Membership, unless the Board of Directorsare informed otherwise, by mail or telephone, by the President or by the President's authorizedcommunicant The regular monthly meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at the propertyreferred to in Section I of this Article. The time of the meetings Will be determined by the Boardof Directors and posted on the bulletin board of The Association. This is the only voting meetingof the Board of Directors other than any regular or special properly convened meeting of the Boardof Directors.Section 5. Board ofDiredors Special Meetings. A special meeting of the Board of Directors ofThe Association may be called by the President whenever he shall deem necessary, ·or in responseto a written request signed by at least three members of the Board of Directors. A special meetingin response to such written request shall be held within 30 days from the receipt of the request. Theplace of each special meeting of such Board shall be determined by agreement of the Board ofDirectors.' .. Section 6. Executive Committee Meetings.
