WirelessModifying Virtual Access Point Settings4Table 11FieldStationIsolationVAP Field DescriptionsDescriptionSelect from the drop-down menu to configure StationIsolation for this VAP:• When Station Isolation is disabled, wireless clientscan communicate with one another normally bysending traffic through the access point.• When Station Isolation is enabled, the access pointblocks communication between wireless clients onthe same VAP. The access point still allows data trafficbetween its wireless clients and wired devices on thenetwork, across a WDS link, and with other wirelessclients associated with a different VAP.Redirect ModeEnable the HTTP redirect feature to redirect wireless clientsto a custom Web page.When redirect mode is enabled, the user is redirected to theURL you specify after the wireless client associates with anaccess point and the user opens a Web browser on theclient to access the Internet.The custom Web page must be located on an external Webserver and might contain information such as the companylogo and network usage policy.NOTE: The wireless client is redirected to the external Webserver only once, when it is first associated with the accesspoint.Redirect URLDeleteSpecify the URL where the Web browser is to be redirectedafter the wireless client associates with the access point andsends HTTP traffic. Length is 1 to 120 alphanumeric andspecial characters, in the form "^[A-Za-z]+://[A-Za-z0-9-]+\.[A-Za-z0-9]+"). For example: http://cisco.com.Click the red x Delete icon to remove the configuration for aparticular VAP. When a VAP is deleted, all of its configurationis restored to its default configuration settings. The entry isremoved from the list of displayed VAPs.NOTE: VAP0 corresponds to the physical wireless radiointerface and cannot be deleted.
