6.4 Copies of the Core Strategy Regulation 25 document, and in some cases
notification of this were sent to all consultees previously involved in the
LDF process.
Who was invited to make comments at Regulation 25 stage?
6.5 Appendix 1 contains a list of those people and organisations consulted at
the Regulation 25 stage. Broadly, this was all those who were consulted
and who commented on previous consultations. The consultees can be
summarised into the following respondent categories:

� Internal Council groups
� Parish and Town Councils
� Businesses
� Housebuilders, Landowners and Agents
� National, Regional and Local Government
� Statutory Bodies and Groups
� Local Stakeholder Organisations
� Schools and Youth Groups
� Hard-to-Reach Groups
� Individuals/ organizations who participated in the Local Plan Review
Issues Paper
� Members – through LDF Task Group, DCB and Cabinet, as well as
sending copies to all Members.

How were comments invited at Regulation 25 stage?
6.6 The Core Strategy document was published and copies distributed to
consultees on our mailing list. A summary leaflet was also produced to
include an introduction to the process/this stage; a summary of main
proposals places and general policies; a ‘how to respond’ section and; the
next steps. Consultation responses were encouraged through our webbased
consultation procedures. This made for easier collation, recording
and assessment. Paper copies of the response form were available on
request.
6.7 The consultation material was made available to view at the council’s
offices at King’s Lynn, Downham Market and Hunstanton, libraries and
exhibitions, and on the council’s website. The Core Strategy Regulation 25
