What are the benefits of enrolling new cus<strong>to</strong>mers?<br />

Consistent enrolments make your organisation grow . You also receive<br />

a Product Introduction Bonus on your cus<strong>to</strong>mers’ first calendar<br />

month orders up <strong>to</strong> 150 Product Points . For Enrollers <strong>to</strong> qualify for<br />

the Product Introduction Commission, the cus<strong>to</strong>mer must shop in<br />

their first month of enrolment . If the cus<strong>to</strong>mer receives any variety<br />

of Backup Order or Select Pack in the first month of enrolment, no<br />

Product Introduction Commission will be paid .<br />

How do I enrol a new cus<strong>to</strong>mer?<br />

Fill out the Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Membership Agreement completely, including<br />

correct shipping and mailing addresses, and phone numbers. Include<br />

account information and the required signatures . Call the <strong>to</strong>ll-free<br />

enrolment line AU 1800 07 33 99 or NZ 0800 08 33 99, then fax the<br />

completed paperwork <strong>to</strong> Melaleuca . You can also enrol cus<strong>to</strong>mers<br />

What is the best way <strong>to</strong> confirm that my cus<strong>to</strong>mer’s<br />

paperwork has been received?<br />

Fax the completed paperwork <strong>to</strong>ll-free <strong>to</strong> AU 1800 55 11 90 or<br />

NZ 0800 55 11 90. After the paperwork has been processed you will<br />

receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email within<br />

48 hours, call the <strong>to</strong>ll-free <strong>Business</strong> Enquiries line on AU 1800 07<br />

33 99 or NZ 0800 08 33 99 <strong>to</strong> confirm that the paperwork has been<br />

received and processed .<br />

Is it possible for someone else <strong>to</strong> be set up on my credit card<br />

or direct debit account as a Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer?<br />

No . Each cus<strong>to</strong>mer or Marketing Executive must have an account of<br />

which he or she is the owner and is authorised <strong>to</strong> withdraw funds .<br />

Using your own credit card or direct debit account <strong>to</strong> enrol someone<br />

may be cause for termination .<br />

If I do not have a credit card or direct debit account,<br />

can I enrol as a Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer?<br />

No, either a credit card or direct debit account is necessary.<br />

I want my new cus<strong>to</strong>mers <strong>to</strong> receive the Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer<br />

discount. Can they shop if their paperwork has not yet been<br />

received by Melaleuca?<br />

They can place an order with a credit card only before their paperwork<br />

is received . We give all cus<strong>to</strong>mers the Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer price on<br />

their first order. After that, we need <strong>to</strong> receive the paperwork for the<br />

Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer discount <strong>to</strong> continue and for them <strong>to</strong> use a direct<br />

debit account .<br />

May I enrol a charitable organisation?<br />

Yes . Certain types of charitable organisations are eligible for<br />

How do I place new Enrollees in my organisation?<br />

You are allowed <strong>to</strong> “manage” five cus<strong>to</strong>mers or Marketing Executives<br />

on your first generation . We do not tell you how <strong>to</strong> structure your<br />

organisation; we recommend discussing all business-building<br />

strategies with your Enroller and support team .<br />

Who is my Marketing Executive?<br />

The first person in your support team . <strong>Your</strong> Marketing Executive and<br />

your Enroller are your primary resources in building your business .<br />

Whom do I put down as “Enroller” on the Cus<strong>to</strong>mer<br />

Membership Agreement?<br />

The Enroller is the cus<strong>to</strong>mer or Marketing Executive who introduces<br />

someone <strong>to</strong> Melaleuca and helps them become a cus<strong>to</strong>mer or<br />

Marketing Executive .<br />

May I have an interest in more than one<br />

Melaleuca business?<br />

No . You may only have ownership or ownership affiliation in<br />

one Independent Melaleuca <strong>Business</strong> .<br />

How do I change the Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer information on my<br />

agreement form?<br />

new Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Membership Agreement form . A Cus<strong>to</strong>mer Service<br />

Can I “move” a new personal enrolee?<br />

Yes . An Enroller can move a personal enrolee <strong>to</strong> a different position<br />

within the month of enrolment by contacting <strong>Business</strong> Enquiries on<br />

AU 1800 07 33 99 or NZ 0800 08 33 99.<br />

May I move someone within my organisation in the second<br />

and third month of enrolment?<br />

An Enroller also can move a personal enrolee within his/her<br />

business organisation up <strong>to</strong> two months following the month of<br />

enrolment. After the month of enrolment, cus<strong>to</strong>mers can only be<br />

moved one time . Every business or cus<strong>to</strong>mer below the cus<strong>to</strong>mer<br />

or Marketing Executive being moved will follow the enrollee . The<br />

requested move is limited <strong>to</strong> 20 businesses/ cus<strong>to</strong>mers. There is a<br />

AU/NZ$15.00 fee for each cus<strong>to</strong>mer or Marketing Executive moved<br />

in the organisation .<br />
