The enrolee then completes the enrolment:
1 . The new enrolee can click on the link in their email to complete
the enrolment . The link takes them to a login page where they
enter their 4 digit password .
2. Once logged in, the new enrolee can check through the online
enrolment details and make amendments where necessary .
3 . The new enrolee must enter the Secure Information fields
including the setup of payment methods .
4. Then, create a username and password to access the Melaleuca
web site and place orders .
5. Then, digitally sign the 3 agreements. (The new enrolee
reads through and agrees to the Customer Agreement and/
or Independent Marketing Executive Agreement Terms and
Conditions and Melaleuca Policies and Terms of Conditions.)
6 . Scroll to the end of the screen and Click on "Submit Online
Enrolment" .
7. Once the enrolment has been received, a confirmation email will
be sent to the newly enrolled customer with their new customer
ID number . They will be presented with a confirmation screen
which has the new customer ID number, username, password
and a link to a printable (PDF) document of the electronically
signed Customer Agreement form and Independent Marketing
Executive Agreement form (if applicable).
8 . An email will then be sent to the enroller to confirm the new
customer’s membership status.
