The Melaleuca opportunity is a true global opportunity .
Marketing Executives who enrol customers and build a
business in another country receive the same benefits and
compensation as if they built that business in their home
country . The basics of the Melaleuca Compensation Plan
are similar worldwide .
For example, you can be paid the same Organisation
Commission from a customer in your organisation that
produces product points in Japan as you would from a
customer in your home country . All product points produced
in your organisation worldwide count toward your status .
here's hoW it Works:
Worldwide Organisation
For every country in which Melaleuca does business, you will
be given 5 new first generation positions in your organisation .
That means you could have 5 first generation positions for Japan,
Taiwan/Hong Kong, North America/Canada, Korea, Europe,
Jamaica/Bahamas, mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia, or
any other country in which Melaleuca does business!
You can fill these positions and the seven generations below
those positions with customers from that country . If you have a
personal enrolee who is given 5 new first generation positions
for another country, you can team up by enrolling customers in
his/her international country positions as well.
Worldwide Status
Your status is based on your organisation product points and
PEG Volume produced by customers anywhere in the world . All
personal enrolees and personally enrolled Directors worldwide
will be included in your status calculations. For example, if you
have 2 active personally enrolled Preferred Customers in Japan
and 6 in your home country, you would be eligible for Director
status. If you have 1,000 product points produced by Japanese
customers anywhere in your organisation and 1,500 in your
home country organisation, you would have the 2,500 product
points required to reach Director II .
Worldwide Organisation Commissions
To qualify for Organisation Commissions on product point
sales volume generated in your organisation from customers
in other countries, you need to be an active Director or above
and be enrolled as an International Marketing Executive. Then,
you will earn commissions from product points produced by
international customers in the organisations of your personal
enrolees or other Marketing Executives in your organisation .
Worldwide Career and Value Pack Commissions
You will earn Career and Value Pack Commissions for all of your
personal enrolees who purchase a career or value pack worldwide .
Worldwide Personally Enrolled Customer
Commission
All of your personal enrolees worldwide will be used to
determine whether you receive the 14% or 20% commissions
on the purchases of personal enrolees .
Worldwide Recognition
Worldwide personal enrolments from all countries will count
towards Circle of Influence, Expanded Circle of Influence, Half
Century and Century Club .
Worldwide Business Report/Requirements
Each month you will receive a Worldwide Business Report
that will contain all the information from your domestic and
international organisations in which you are building a business .
Registering in International Markets
You can participate in Melaleuca's phenomenal international
growth and obtain all these benefits by registering as an
International Marketing Executive. To begin, mail the completed
“International Independent Marketing Executive Agreement
