The Pacesetter Program is part of Melaleuca’s Compensation Plan. New enrolees can<br />

earn up <strong>to</strong> $300 when they buy a Career Pack or Value Pack and become a Direc<strong>to</strong>r .<br />

This bonus rewards new enrolees for moving rapidly <strong>to</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>r level .<br />

The new enrolee (who earns $300)<br />

1. becomes a Preferred Cus<strong>to</strong>mer, and<br />

2. buys a Value or Career Pack, and<br />

3 . becomes a Direc<strong>to</strong>r within the first<br />

two calendar months following the<br />

month of enrolment .<br />

for Direc<strong>to</strong>rs & senior Direc<strong>to</strong>rs<br />

Advancing Direc<strong>to</strong>rs through Direc<strong>to</strong>rs IX, and Advancing Senior Direc<strong>to</strong>rs through<br />

Senior Direc<strong>to</strong>rs IX, can double their One-Time Leadership Bonuses each time they<br />

advance, depending on whether they meet the Pacesetter timeline.<br />
