Usethe table available at yourwork space. This way youwill not lose labels.

LANGGUTH E224<strong>Operating</strong> <strong>manual</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>operators</strong>!• Insert labels into magazine!• This is the only way to addlabels when the machine isrunning full speed since thetime inside the magazine,where no pressure isapplied, is very short• Hold the prepared stack oflabels against the upperedge, above the label backupplate, of the labels in themagazine.


LANGGUTH E224<strong>Operating</strong> <strong>manual</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>operators</strong>!• Move the back-up plate backand drop the labels down.• Bring the label back-up plate<strong>for</strong>ward to the stack you justdropped in the magazinewithout pushing the labels<strong>for</strong>ward.• Pad down the labels towardsthe fixed side and from thetop side until the stack isuni<strong>for</strong>m as shown.

LANGGUTH E224<strong>Operating</strong> <strong>manual</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>operators</strong>!• The picture on the top rightshows the adjustment screw<strong>for</strong> the label stop sensor.• To make a preciseadjustment, in any direction,there is a scale and a pointerinstalled.• You will find this scale on theinside of the holder.• Tighten the clamp lever afterany adjustment.• The pointer should be on #10 or 11

Please note thesmall gap at the left side of thevacuum bar. The right side isjust touching the labels. This isthe picture you need to seewhen the magazine is set upright.

Check <strong>for</strong> the positionto the glue roller. Even top tobottom and the distance to theglue roller.
