The result is lower noise levels.• FX Chain — Increased clearance between pins and bushings allows for added chain flexibility with excellentdurability.• Rollerless Chain — Designed and manufactured to withstand continued wearing.• Wrench Chain — Extra long pins serve as tension linkages to provide a secure hold for pipe wrenches.• Laminated Block Chain — Manufactured with 304 stainless steel, it directly replaces solid block chain in lightload, low speed applications.• KT Cold Resistant Chain — This chain can be used in colder temperatures than RS Roller Chain while offeringidentical horsepower ratings.A-84
Specialty ChainLow Noise (SN)Specialty ChainTsubaki’s uniquely structured spring rollers are used for the chain rollers. When Tsubaki’s SN Roller Chain engages with the sprocket,the spring roller deforms and absorbs the force of the impact. The lower impact force reduces impact noise between chain andsprocket resulting in lower noise levels. Compared with Tsubaki’s standard RS Roller Chain (pre-lubricated), noise levels of SN RollerChain are 6 - 8 dB lower. (In-house comparison testing).
