Has extensive experience as an ELT teacher and assessor, contributing to test development,administration and validation projects around the world. Previously worked as Cambridge ESOLValidation Officer with responsibility for IELTS and participated as a researcher in IELTS fundedprojects in 2000/1, 2001/2 and 2005/6.
