Employee EmpowermentMioveni, RomaniaPIT-F-EES-H022/ENGeneralResponsibilities:Specific Duties:Job SpecificCommentsHealth & Safety(H&S):• Knowledge of and follow the Company’s Internal Regulation, the Labor CollectiveAgreement and the specific working procedures of the relateddepartment/company and of the legislation connected to his work.• Is in charge to follow the policy and the rules within his area of responsibility• Responsible to keeping the confidentiality of the data in the documents he dealswith, as well as of those deriving from the object of activity• Responsible for communicating in due time the info required by the supervisors• Responsible for respecting the safety labour rules and PSI• Take personal responsibility for keeping yourself, your co-workers, and equipmentfree of hazards.• Be certain that you completely understand instructions before starting work.• Seek information on any hazardous chemicals you work with in order tounderstand their dangers and how to protect yourself and the environment.• Take part in the employee participation system and support other employees intheir assigned roles under the environmental, safety and health program.• Report all accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to your supervisor or use thesystem set up to facilitate reporting• Consider your job tasks effectively performed only if done safely• Actively participate in the environmental, health and safety program• Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools.• Provide plant with PC&L standards: Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA),Milk run, leveling, etc.• Define PC&L deployment objectives on a semi-annual basis and build up anaction plan in cooperation with the plant and division PC&L managers.• Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results.• Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees whennecessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&Lmanager.• Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technicalsupport to other functions.• Propose, in coordination with the Production System Efficiency coordinator, visualmanagement systems in order to improve reactivity in case of problems.• Identify and implement best practices.• Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used.• Follow and identify opportunities for cost optimization link to logistics surfaces andequipments.• The JD can be updated with more responsibilities, whenever is necessary.• Knowledge of and follow the H&S standards and how they are applied.• Proceed in their activity without being exposed to danger, accidents orprofessional illness for both himself/herself and his/her colleagues.• Report any technical damage or any other situation that represents a danger ofaccident or professional illness.• Report any work accidents that him/her or his/her colleagues have suffered.• Stop working whenever an imminent accident takes place and inform his/hersuperior immediately.• To smoke only in the specified places.Contact : Elena IONRecruitment responsibleFaurecia Interior Systemselena.ion@faurecia.com+33 344 52 51 22Page 2
