Look for theEPS symbol, designating which of our holds incorporate theExplosion Proof System.CERTIFICATIONS:EN 12572-3: Polyester (PE) hand holds are manufactured to this standard approved by theGerman Inspection Authority TUV. Entre Prises is the first bolt-on hold manufacturer to becertified by the TUV. EP hand holds have been subjected to systematic rupture tests, resistanceand safety tests as well as applied forces and freezing / defrosting cycles to meet this standard.EN.1176.1: These sets, in addition to the above standard, meet the standard for children 2years old and up. Look for this symbol to find special sets for kids and playgrounds.INSTALLATION:Hand holds take time to [bed] into the wall. We recommend that you tighten the hold usinga torque wrench adjusted to 35 kn. In the first days and weeks after initial fixing, the holdmay require tightening on a regular basis. These holds may also naturally reposition or spinregardless of the tightening level applied. This could even occur when the hold is being used forthe first time. After a period of non-use, verify the tightening level of each hold before reusingthe climbing wall.SAFETY:Hand holds are designed and manufactured to be used in a specific way. In particular, holdsrequire careful attention during both installation and removal, and must be regularly checkedand maintained. The purchaser must take full responsibility at all times for the fixing anduse of the hand hold, ensuring that it is only used for the purposes which it is designed. Themanufacturer or supplier will not accept any responsibility for damage, injury or death throughimproper use.CARE INSTRUCTIONS:Never paint or apply any type of product to the hand hold surface. Such products could affectthe hold’s friction and jeopardize the security of the hold user.Periodical cleaning is recommended due to the magnesium chalk that remains on the holdand plugs its pores. As a result, the hold’s friction is reduced and its surface appears shiny andslippery. The hold surface can be cleaned by brushing with a toothbrush in hot water. Afterwashing, the hold will be thoroughly cleaned and will once again have excellent grip properties.Do not use any solvents or detergents while cleaning the hold. This could weaken the hold.A hand hold cannot be repaired.
