I also dissolve from above andbelow, collecting into <strong>the</strong> HUM H. That also dissolves into <strong>the</strong> nada which becomes <strong>of</strong> a nature <strong>of</strong>great bliss, clear light and <strong>the</strong> birthless Dharmakaya.(Sit in meditative equipoise as long as you can.)
