Permit is valid for 6 months from Date of Issuance1. A list of trees that could be planted on the property can be obtained from the websiteCh 149.30 or from this office. The property owner has one year from the date of this letter tocomply with the tree replacement requirement. This office shall be notified once the new treeshave been planted.2. Additional information can be obtained from the www.SouthOrange.org website under the‘Government’ pull down to ‘Village Code Online’ under Chapter 149-20 ‘Shade Trees’.3. Failure to obtain a permit can result in a fine of up to $1000.See Ch.§ 1-20.
