Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesTractor/Machinery <strong>Sales</strong>Effectively sell C B Norwood product lines (both new and used) in line with the <strong>Sales</strong>and Marketing planMeet <strong>Sales</strong> and Margin budgetsKeep management up to date with deals and day to day activities, including analysisand reporting of lost sales.<strong>Te</strong>rritory ManagementEfficient and effective management of your individual territoryEnsure that regular calls are made to current customersIdentify potential customers and follow upKeep database information up to date and accurateKeep yourself and management up to date with competitor activity within the territory<strong>Sales</strong> AdministrationEnsure that guidelines for used equipment are followedComplete valuation and appraisal forms in conjunction with the Branch ManagerCustomer RelationsEnsure that customer expectations are met and where possible exceededEnsure that customers are effectively greetedComplete deliveries and installations to agreed time frames and in line with policies andproceduresFollow up issues and agreements promptly
