:: 2 ::2.0 ELIGIBILITY OF TENDERER:2.1 Tenderers must produce Labour Contact License for the work earlier undertaken by them.They have to obtain specific license for carrying out work in ALIMCO,Bangalore within 31days of award of Contract.2.2 Tenderer should possess valid P.F. & ESI Registration Certificate and Income Tax ClearanceCertificate or alternatively copy of Income Tax Return showing total income, taxable amountand tax paid for previous year.2.3 In case no labour license is provided within the prescribed time, 10 % of the Bill amountshall be set aside which shall be released only one year after completion of the workunder this job order.2.4(1) Tenderer should provide details of following details mandatory / obligatory requirements asper given below:-(a) MandatoryPF, ESI, Pancard Copy, Income tax return.(b) ObligatoryService tax Registration2.4(2) Tenderer who do not fulfill the mandatory requirements their rates would not be consideredfor plotting on the CSQ.3.0 INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS:3.1 Tenders are to be submitted in sealed envelope. The sealed envelope containing offer, theName of the Tenderer/Firm, Tender No., Tender Due Date should be clearly mentioned atthe top of envelop.3.2 Offer should contain following:(a)(b)(c)(d)Rates are required to be quoted in Annexure ‘C’.The job rate as stated above should be net (inclusive of duties & taxes and statutoryliabilities, as applicable).However, tenderer should clearly indicate the rate of income tax/service tax (asapplicable), which will be deducted by ALIMCO from tenderers bills againstperformance of job work and necessary certificate of tax deduction at source shall beissued to tenderer by ALIMCO.
