Do not use water jet. Cool containers with spraywater.Do NOT use high pressure inert gas or water jets.Fire may produce dense black smoke containing hazardous combustionproducts (see heading 10). Decomposition products may be a hazard tohealth. Do not allow run-off from fire fighting to enter drains or watercourses. In the event of fire, wear self contained breathing apparatus.6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURESPERSONAL PRECAUTIONS:ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS:METHODS FOR CLEANING UP:Remove all sources of ignition. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuatepersonnel to safe areas. Avoid breathing vapours. Refer to protectivemeasures listed in sections 7 and 8.DO NOT allow to enter drains or watercourses. If the product enters drainsor sewers, the local water company should be informed immediately. In thecase of contamination of streams, rivers or lakes, inform the relevantenvironment Agency. Vapours are heavier than air and may spread alongfloors. Vapours may form explosive mixture with air.Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials, (e.g.sand, earth, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth) and place in a suitablecontainer for disposal in accordance with the waste regulations (see section13). Clean the spill area preferably with a detergent. Avoid the use ofsolvents.7. HANDLING AND STORAGEHANDLING:GENERAL:STORAGEKeep, the aerosol in a cool, dry place. Exclude sources of heat, sparksand open flame. Do not use sparking tools around aerosols. Avoid skinand eye contact. Avoid inhalation of vapour and spray mist. Forpersonal protection, see section 8. Prevent the creation of flammable prexplosive concentrations of vapour in air and avoid vapourconcentrations higher than the occupational exposure limits. Never applypressure to the aerosol, the aerosol is a pressurised object and mayexplode if pressure is applied. The accumulation of vapours in an enclosed space may result inspontaneous combustion, use only in well ventilated areas. Useresponsibly and in the correct manner. Wear the appropriate personalprotective equipment, as outlined in section 8.Observe label precautions. Store between 5 and 25ºC in a dry, wellventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. No smoking. Store separately from oxidising agents and stronglyalkaline and strongly acidic materials.8 . EXPOSURE CONTROLS/ PERSONAL PROTECTION
