Day registrants may purchase lunch ($15) and/ordinner ($20) at the time <strong>of</strong> Registration.C<strong>of</strong>fee breaks are complimentary for all delegates for the duration <strong>of</strong> the Symposium.Internet accessWireless is available in most areas <strong>of</strong> campus. For more information please check: www.usask.ca/its/services/networks/wireless/.A temporary Symposium username “vbschool” and password “vbschool” will be included in the registration packages. Access to theInternet will be available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm in Rooms #371 and #373 in the PAC.ParkingParking is available as follows:Stadium Parking, College Drive & Stadium Crescent @ $2/exit/dayMeters are free on SundaysRecreational facilitiesU <strong>of</strong> S Gym access is free for the first time you use the facilities. There will be a cost <strong>of</strong> $8/day for any additional use – they will beavailable for purchase from the Lower Level kiosk in the PAC. These passes allow you to come and go all day, and give you access toall the equipment including the climbing wall (must be accredited).All users will be required to complete the “Par-Q” form (takes approximately 5 minutes) for liability insurance coverage.


What to bringU <strong>of</strong> S Gym passes cost $8/day – they will be available for purchase from the Lower Level kiosk in the PAC. These passes allow you tocome and go all day, and give you access to all the equipment including the climbing wall (must be accredited).Personal items to bring with youGymnasium shoes, shorts and tops. Symposium participants are invited to join in practical sessions together with the children (if theywant).Shorts and tops for playing recreation beach volleyball.Special EventsSpecial events have been planned to relax and enjoy the western Canadian summer and show international visitors the history andcultures <strong>of</strong> the Canadian prairies:Saturday, June 23 @ 6:30 pm Outdoor BBQ and beach volleyball tournament at Louis’ beach courts (College Drive)Monday, June 25 @ 7:00 pmWednesday, June 27 at 6:00 pmVolleyball Canada Hall <strong>of</strong> Fame induction <strong>of</strong> Hiroshi Toyoda and Hugh HoylesClosing banquet at Wanuskewin Heritage Park. You can purchase tickets ($45 each) at the time<strong>of</strong> Registration. Round trip transportation will be provided from the U <strong>of</strong> S residences and theRadisson Hotel.Weather/DressSaskatoon weather at this time <strong>of</strong> year can be variable. The temperature ranges can be unpredictable.
