If a switchover occurs, the management port on the original active moduleshuts down <strong>and</strong> all open CLI, Web management interface, <strong>and</strong> <strong>Brocade</strong> Network Advisor (BNA)sessions close. You can open new sessions with the new active module after the switchover, if thenew module has a management port.For example, if you were accessing the Web management interface using a PC connected to theoriginal active management port, you can open a new session if a PC is connected to themanagement port on the new active module. Open a new session using the same IP address youused before the switchover.
