Describe the location, extent and methods <strong>of</strong> any dredge spoil disposal sites, includingany landfill or land reclamation options, addressing the following requirements:• the boundary <strong>of</strong> land to be filled or reclaimed by metes and bounds, tied to realproperty boundaries• details <strong>of</strong> estimated commencement, completion, rate <strong>of</strong> progress and estimatedcost <strong>of</strong> the filling or reclamation• the location <strong>of</strong> the landward limit <strong>of</strong> mean high water spring tide (MHWST), highestastronomical tide, and the coastal management district as declared under theCoastal Act• existing levels <strong>of</strong> the land and proposed final levels <strong>of</strong> landfill or reclamation inrelation to the lowest astronomical tide and Australian height datum• typical cross-section across the land to be reclaimed showing the proposed finishedlevels and method <strong>of</strong> protecting the seaward boundary <strong>of</strong> the site/s from erosion.Information provided in this section should refer to:• Reclaiming land under tidal water (Department <strong>of</strong> Environment and ResourceManagement 2010c)• Guideline: Allocation <strong>of</strong> quarry material (Department <strong>of</strong> Environment and ResourceManagement 2010a)• relevant policies <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Queensland</strong> Coastal Plan (Department <strong>of</strong> Environment andResource Management 2012a) relating to reclaiming land.For additional discussion on dredging and disposal see Part B. section 5.3.2 <strong>of</strong> thisTOR.4.5. Associated infrastructureDetail, with the aid <strong>of</strong> concept and layout plans, requirements for new associatedinfrastructure or upgrading/relocating existing infrastructure to service the project forthe construction and operation stages. Consider infrastructure such as transportation,water supply, energy supply, telecommunications, waste disposal, wastewater andstormwater disposal and sewerage.4.5.1.
