Product handlingDescribe, and show on plans at an appropriate scale, the proposed methods andfacilities to be used for storing coal and for transferring coal from the rail spur to theproposed stockpile and from the stockpile to the export berths.Discuss any design features <strong>of</strong> these facilities including the capacity <strong>of</strong> stockpiling,in-loading and out-loading operations for each stage <strong>of</strong> the port’s development, andbunding <strong>of</strong> storage facilities.Describe the nature, sources, location and quantities <strong>of</strong> all materials to be handled,including storage and stockpiling <strong>of</strong> coal (see also Part B, Section 4.5.9 <strong>of</strong> this TOR).Identify and describe all potential issues due to product handling.4.3.4. StructuresDescribe all structures, including:• locations and dimensions <strong>of</strong> buildings and marine infrastructure associated with theport• location and extent <strong>of</strong> any proposed breakwater and revetment structures (ifrequired) and the likely construction methodologies• the likely interface <strong>of</strong> the port infrastructure with the port road and rail infrastructure• location and description <strong>of</strong> structures near or crossing state-controlled roads• temporary infrastructure to be used for any pre-assembled modules orpre-fabricated units• modifications that may be needed to accommodate climate change and sea levelrise.Provide maps and figures detailing where permanent or temporary loss <strong>of</strong> tidal land islikely to occur as a result <strong>of</strong> buildings and structures.4.4.
