The project description also allows further assessment <strong>of</strong>which approvals may be required and how they may be managed through the life <strong>of</strong> theproject.4.1. Project overviewProvide an overview <strong>of</strong> the project to put it into context. Describe and explain:• the key components <strong>of</strong> the project• how the preferred operating scenario was selected, including details such as cost,environmental impacts, and the operational efficiencies <strong>of</strong> each option• a summary <strong>of</strong> any environmental design features <strong>of</strong> the project• the expected cost, timing, and overall duration <strong>of</strong> the project, including details <strong>of</strong> andjustification for, any staging <strong>of</strong> the development.4.2. Project locationDescribe, using maps at suitable scales, the regional and local context <strong>of</strong> all <strong>of</strong> theproject components and all associated infrastructure. Provide real property descriptions<strong>of</strong> the project.
