All pages of tender form are to be signed by the tenderer failing which the tenderwill be rejected.17. MGAHV takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non-receipt of the tenderdocuments sent by post either way.18. MGAHV, Wardha reserve the right to cancel the tender in full or in part withoutgiving any reason for.19. University reserved the right to issue purchase order in part or full to the bidders.20. EMD of all unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within a month without anyinterest thereon.21.
