Day Spa guests who reserve treatments for a minimum of 

CHF 450.00 enjoy complimentary use of all spa facilities.

We recommend that you schedule your appointments as 

far in advance as possible. For spa reservations please call

All prices are subject to change without prior notification. 

Be sure to indicate any health issues or medical conditions 

you may have, as some treatments may not be appropriate 

for you. 

Meeting your needs 

At the reception we will be very happy to help you draw up 

your personal spa programme. Please arrive at least 

30 minutes before your appointment, so that you can familiarize 

yourself with the Dolder Grand Spa, shower be- 

fore a body treatment and enjoy a cup of tea. Please let 

your therapist know if there is any way that he can 

improve your treatment comfort – for example, by applying 

heavier or lighter massage pressure, providing an extra 

towel, or adjusting sound and lighting levels, room tempe- 

rature, etc. 


Cancellation policy 

Please give us four hours’ notice on +41 44 456 64 00 or 

at spa@thedoldergrand.com if you have to cancel or 

change any treatments. In the absence of prior notification, 

you will be charged in full for missed appointments. 

Late arrivals 

We are sorry that it is not possible to extend your scheduled 

treatment time. If you arrive later than scheduled, your 

treatment will be correspondingly shortened. 

Preparing for your treatments 

Please note that women should not shave before salt 

scrubs, and that exfoliation treatments should be avoided 

if you have sunburn. For men, we recommend shaving 

prior to having a facial, for maximum comfort and benefit 

to the skin. 

Spa etiquette 

Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that all 

cellular phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa. 

Please do not use videos or cameras during your visit. 

The Dolder Grand Spa is a non-smoking facility. We also 

request that you keep the level of conversation down, 

so as not to disturb other spa users. 

What to wear 

We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for 

your personal belongings. If you plan to use the fitness 

facilities, please wear appropriate athletic shoes. Shiatsu 

pyjamas are provided for shiatsu massage sessions. Out 

of consideration for other guests we ask you to wear bathing 

suits in the Aqua Zone. 


Valuables 

Lockers are provided in the changing rooms. We recom- 

mend that you leave your valuables at home or in your 

hotel room safe. 

Privacy 

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. 

Your therapist will leave you to change in private and 

throughout the treatment you will be draped with 

towels, covering all parts of the body not being treated. 

Ladies will be given the option of including the bust 

area in all body treatments.

We shall be very happy to offer you individual gift vouchers 

to cover spa experiences of your choice.

Our Spa Shop stocks exclusive products for wellness, beauty 

and fitness, as well as fashion and lifestyle accessories and gifts.
