GHDs are graduate students with a wide varietyof residence life and student affairs experiences. They do some personal,academic and disciplinary counseling as well as serve as a resource forstudents. North, Weaver, and East Halls. The RLC is responsible for staffand student development, and provides the supervision andadministration for the Keys and Tolbert Areas. The RLC office islocated at the Tolbert Area Office.• Lucinda Poudrier-Aaronson, Asst. Director of Housing forWest Campus — 392-8107The ADH West Campus is a full-time professional who is theoverall supervisor for the RLCs, RDs, GHDs, RAs, RCAs, andother student employees. The ADH is responsible for staff andstudent development, and provides the overall administration forWest Campus. The ADH works closely with the student staff andthe Dept. of Housing and Residence Education to offer students apositive residential hall experience. Her office is located in the KeysResidential Complex.Keys Governing Body [KGB]The Keys Governing Body (KGB) is a student-run organization which, under theguidance of the Inter-Residence Hall Association (IRHA), represents arearesidents to the Division of Housing and provides social events and otherservices for the Keys Complex. The Keys Complex Council is made up of anExecutive Board consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary,Treasurer, Business Manager, Publicity Director. The full council meets eachweek to discuss and plan upcoming area and campus events. Involvement inKGB and IRHA develops leadership and organizational skills and is a great wayto make new friends!KGB CardsKGB sells activity cards to the residents of Keys Complex in order to fundsocials, dances. Barbeques, and athletic tournaments. Residents who purchasethe KGB cards are admitted to every event FREE. Athletic equipment, vacuumcleaners, blenders, games and tools are available in the Area GovernmentOffice and can be checked out with your KGB card and picture ID. Three full-time university employees staff this office. It is their jobto make sure all of the administrative processes (room assignments, roomtransfers, check-in, check-out, cancellations) run smoothly.
